Once you reach maps, your chance should always be at 100%. Try to keep your chance to poison at 80% or more, use Lesser Poison or Poison support gems if you have to. ) because it shits on the entire storyline once you get GMP/Multistrike.

The whole ascendancy is based around poison, but one line makes it especially good when used with Molten Strike, as it has an absurd hit rate. In particular, the support gems Greater Multiple Projectiles and Multistrike don't have a damage penalty for poison, but only for direct damage. The skill itself is top tier right now due to threshold jewels and Ancestral Call, but it also has some very good synergies with poison.
